"I was about four months past the return window. The clerks gave me a full refund on a jacket I’d purchased. There has been a terrible accident in our family unbeknownst to me, on the same day I bought it. I was undecided if I wanted to continue riding and didn’t think about the jacket and any time window. "Walked from out of town, was met by a nice young lady. I told her what I was looking for. She then brought me to the place where there was more gloves and handed me pair after pair until we found the right fit. I was very grateful at that time, I then said I would look around a bit. A short while later she nicely asked how I was doing, which I thought was great. She was never pushy but she was definitely there to help. I will add she was very knowledgeable, and that also was nice. I finished up my shopping and she rang me up. It was a very nice to shop somewhere new and to feel comfortable, and that's how she made me feel. I would recommend this store to everyone who rides or just wants to buy for a rider.
